The role requires a dynamic individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently while assisting the sales team in generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting day-to-day sales operations. Key Responsibilities :- Sales Coordination:Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations. Coordinate with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other stakeholders. Support the Sales Manager with follow-ups, client communications, and lead tracking. Administrative Support:- Manage all sales documentation, reports, records, and client files. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate and current information. Handle scheduling for meetings, site visits, and sales appointments. Reporting & Data Management:- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, room bookings, and corporate accounts. Track key metrics including occupancy, group bookings, and revenue targets. Compile feedback and reports post-events or group stays for continuous improvement. Interdepartmental Coordination:- Liaise with Front Office, Reservations, Banquets, and F&B teams to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events. Ensure proper communication and flow of information between departments. Client Relations:Act as a support contact for clients when sales executives are unavailable. Provide basic information on room availability, banquet halls, corporate packages, and services. Ensure a prompt and professional response to inquiries and client needs. Qualifications:- Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry. Knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems (e.g., IDS, Opera) is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Fluent in English and Hindi.
