Vijan Mahal hotel ke F&B department me Waiter/Steward ki position available hai. Aapka main role guests ko high-quality food & beverage service dena hoga. Aapko customer requests, food orders aur dining experience ko ensure karna hoga, taaki guest ka stay pleasant rahe. Key Responsibilities Guests ko table assign karna aur menu explain karna. Orders lena, unhe accurately kitchen ko pass karna aur timely serve karna. Food & drinks ka presentation aur quality maintain karna. Table setting aur clearing, plates aur glasses ko clean rakhna. Guests ke feedback ko politely handle karna aur management ko report karna. F&B service standards ko maintain karna. Special requests ko dhyaan se sunna aur satisfy karna. Cleaning aur sanitization ka dhyaan rakhna (as per hotel policy). Teamwork aur hotel policies ke under kaam karna. RequirementsExperience: Freshers ya 1-2 years ka experience preferred. Skills: Basic communication skills aur customer service ki understanding honi chahiye. Physical Requirements: Standing for long hours, lifting trays or dishes. Personality: Polite, friendly aur positive attitude with good interpersonal skills. Shift: Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
