Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations. Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Ensure table setup is clean and up to standard at all times. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Process billing and handle cash/card payments. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service. Skills & RequirementsPrevious experience as a waiter/waitress preferred. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food & beverage service. Positive attitude and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
