Job Description

Position: Café Waiter Location: (Add location) Experience: 6 months – 1 year preferred Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, take accurate food & beverage orders, and serve them promptly. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service. Ensure tables are clean, set, and prepared for guests at all times. Suggest menu items, upsell specials, and answer customer queries confidently. Coordinate with kitchen and barista staff for smooth service. Handle billing, cash/card payments, and issue receipts. Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the supervisor when needed. Refill water, condiments, and check on guest satisfaction during service. Maintain proper grooming, uniform, and professional behavior throughout the shift. Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of café/restaurant operations. Ability to work in fast-paced environments. Team player with a positive attitude. Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts. Preferred Skills:Knowledge of coffee, beverages, and café menu items (added advantage). Prior experience in a café or restaurant setting.
