Job Description

Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or office.  Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails; handle inquiries in person, via phone, or email.  Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and suggest suitable products or services. Generate leads through various methods like cold calling, referrals, or initial client engagement.  Provide detailed information about products, services, and pricing. Process sales transactions, handle payments, and maintain sales documentation.  Maintain customer records and update the CRM system to track leads and customer information. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.  Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies. Monitor and control access to the office for security.  Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and provide them with qualified leads and customer information.  Track and report on sales metrics and performance, contributing to sales targets.   Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in a front desk or sales-related role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different situations as needed.
