Key Responsibilities , Welcome and assist gym members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle all front-desk operations, including registration, membership renewals, and billing. Provide information about gym facilities, services, and promotions. Promote and sell gym products, supplements, and services to members. Maintain records of members, attendance, and payments. Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and lobby area. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently. Requirements-: Female candidate preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
