Job Description

Handling inbound and outbound calls from international clients, resolving issues, and addressing inquiries. Potential to sell products or services, up-sell, and cross-sell, while building customer relationships. Recording customer interactions, including details of calls, transactions, and inquiries. Utilizing CRM systems and other tools to manage customer information and handle inquiries. Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues effectively. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals related to calls handled, sales made, and customer satisfaction. Reviewing customer feedback and taking steps to improve customer service. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries. Requirements and Skills: Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Active Listening: Ability to actively listen to customer needs and understand their concerns. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and find solutions. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Adaptability: Willingness to work night shifts Sales Skills: For roles involving sales, experience in sales and up-selling may be required.
