Job Description

Job Summary:

Join our team as an International Voice Process Agent and become a key player in delivering exceptional customer support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is crucial for maintaining our international customer relationships and contributing to our service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document all call details and update the system regularly.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements:

12th Pass is required.
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a night shift.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

Familiarity with CRM software.
Experience with international customer service.
Ability to speak additional languages.
Adaptability to changing customer needs.
Strong typing skills.
