Sales & Marketing Executives

What You’ll Do

• Drive

  stall sales & bookings

  through prospecting, meetings, and client visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  clients

  .
• Manage end-to-end

  client coordination

  : bookings, payments, documents, and after-sales with clear communication.
• Follow up actively, update lead status and communication, and maintain

  accurate Excel reports

  .
• Travel within

  Chennai and other Indian cities

  for meetings, networking, and expos.
• Represent the company at trade fairs with a

  professional, solution-oriented approach

  .
• Daily & Weekly report to management.
• Coordinate with vendors for smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline (

  MBA preferred, not mandatory

  ).

• 1–5 years

  experience in sales, field marketing, or expo/space selling.
• Excellent

  English communication

  & interpersonal skills.
• Strong

  persuasion, negotiation, and closing

  ability.
• Proficient in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

  .

• Ownership mindset

  : proactive planning, handling objections, solution-driven.
• Comfortable with

  business travel & face-to-face negotiations

  .

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• 10–15

  qualified corporate meetings

  per month.
• 5–8

  confirmed stall bookings

  per month
• Achieve

  assigned sales revenue targets

  .
• 100%

  on-time reporting

  in the given Excel format.

Training

• 1-week on boarding

  : product knowledge, sales pitch training, market mapping.
