We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales professional to promote our travel products and services, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel sales, a passion for customer service, and strong marketing skills to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel partners, and individual customers. Promote holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and other travel services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with B2B (corporates, travel partners) and B2C clients. Marketing & Promotions Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline) to increase brand visibility. Manage social media channels, digital marketing campaigns, and travel promotions. Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotel partners for joint promotions. Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events. Customer Relationship Management Provide excellent customer service by understanding travel needs and offering suitable solutions. Handle inquiries, quotations, and bookings efficiently. Resolve customer complaints and ensure repeat business. Reporting & Coordination Maintain sales pipeline and generate reports on performance and market trends. Collaborate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements. Stay updated on market competition, travel trends, and industry developments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in travel sales/marketing (depending on role level). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre – a plus). Knowledge of digital marketing & social media campaigns is desirable. Passion for travel and ability to sell experiences effectively.
