We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in selling digital marketing and branding services to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for digital marketing, social media, and branding solutions.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets of

  ₹7–8 Lakhs

  through effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals in line with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Track sales pipeline, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and update CRM systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience

  in a digital marketing/branding/advertising agency.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of social media, SEO, digital ads, branding campaigns, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:

  Starting from

  ₹6 LPA (Fixed)

• Incentives:

  Performance-based variable between

  10–12%

  of sales achieved

• Target:

  Revenue of

  ₹7–8 Lakhs per month
