We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Female Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our brand Mukta Aqua in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, building brand awareness, and driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and revenue. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments. Lead field sales campaigns and promotional activities. Supervise and guide the sales team for target achievement. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Requirements: Female candidates only. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing (FMCG or similar industries preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated. Willing to travel for business development as required.
