Our events connect suppliers with key decision-makers shaping the future of industries. We are looking for energetic Sales & Marketing Executives who can confidently engage corporates, close deals, and represent our brand at the highest level. What You’ll Do Drive stall sales & bookings through prospecting, meetings, and client visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients . Manage end-to-end client coordination : bookings, payments, documents, and after-sales with clear communication. Follow up actively, update lead status and communication, and maintain accurate Excel reports . Travel within Chennai and other Indian cities for meetings, networking, and expos. Represent the company at trade fairs with a professional, solution-oriented approach . Daily & Weekly report to management. Coordinate with vendors for smooth execution. What We’re Looking For Graduate in any discipline ( MBA preferred, not mandatory ). 1–5 years experience in sales, field marketing, or expo/space selling. Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing ability. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) . Ownership mindset : proactive planning, handling objections, solution-driven. Comfortable with business travel & face-to-face negotiations . What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) 10–15 qualified corporate meetings per month. 5–8 confirmed stall bookings per month Achieve assigned sales revenue targets . 100% on-time reporting in the given Excel format.
