Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to the B2B segment, leveraging both digital and traditional channels. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, informing strategic decisions. Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance metrics to guide future strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure alignment with business objectives. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals and contracts. Brand Promotion: Enhance brand awareness in the Gurgaon market through targeted marketing efforts and participation in industry events. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Gurgaon region. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
