Sales & Marketing Manager

As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Prabhuleela Enterprises, you will be responsible for leading business development and sales operations for Laboratory Chemicals, Dehydrated Culture Media (DCM), and Plant Tissue Culture (PTC) solutions. Your role will require strong domain knowledge, client engagement skills, and strategic market development ability. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and growth of Laboratory Chemicals, DCM, and PTC products in the assigned territory. - Develop and maintain relationships with research labs, universities, biotech firms, pharmaceutical industries, and distributors. - Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets. - Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and training sessions. - Coordinate with internal teams for timely supply, order processing, and customer support. - Monitor market trends, competition, and identify new opportunities for expansion. - Provide input for marketing strategies and product portfolio enhancements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales of laboratory chemicals, DCM, or PTC products. - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. - Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
