Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our open plots sales team. The candidate will be responsible for planning sales strategies, achieving targets, managing a sales team, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 💪 Develop and implement sales strategies to increase project sales Generate new leads through marketing activities, referrals, and digital campaigns Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations 🏠 Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training Coordinate with marketing and management teams for promotional events Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and projections Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property values Required Skills: Proven experience in open plots / real estate sales Strong leadership and team management skills 👥 Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally Target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused mindset Knowledge of Hyderabad and surrounding real estate markets (preferred) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales (open plots preferred) Salary & Benefits: Competitive Salary + High Incentives 💰 Performance-based bonuses and rewards Growth opportunities to higher management roles team performance incentives
