We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager (Male) with 5+ years of experience in Solar Sales to join our team and enhance our business development efforts.

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth by supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and coordinating sales operations. This position is ideal for an individual passionate about sales, customer engagement, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily operations, including administrative support and coordination.
• Maintain, update, and manage customer databases and sales records.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.
• Support lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Undertake additional sales-related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or sales support, preferably in the solar or electrical sector.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in Solar Sales, Electrical Distribution, or related fields is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
