As a Marketing Manager for Skincare Products in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. Your background in the beauty or skincare industry and expertise in digital and traditional marketing techniques will be key assets for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities. - Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and materials by developing brand storytelling, positioning, and identity strategies. - Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats for the brand. - Product Marketing: Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and positioning. - Digital Marketing: Supervise digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. - Content & Creative: Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and copywriters to produce engaging and on-brand marketing materials. - Retail & eCommerce: Support sales initiatives through effective POS materials, promotional planning, and online merchandising. - Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and offer actionable insights to optimize results. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus) - 5-10 years of marketing experience in the skincare, beauty, or personal care industry - Successful track record in launching and managing consumer brands or products - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, etc.) - Experience in managing influencer partnerships and PR initiatives - Strong project management and communication skills - Enthusiasm for skincare, beauty, and wellness trends The salary will be negotiable based on sales performance.
