HR Recruiter

Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR professional (Male) to manage recruitment and HR operations. The role will focus on hiring blue-collar employees across various functions such as chefs, trainers, accounts staff, service staff, and other operational positions. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and basic HR compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar and operational staff (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain effective hiring pipelines through job portals, agencies, and local recruitment drives. Coordinate with departmental heads (Kitchen, Training, Accounts, Operations, etc.) to understand manpower requirements. Ensure proper documentation and compliance during hiring (ID proof, background verification, joining formalities). Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in training coordination and induction programs. Handle attendance, leave management, and assist in payroll processing. Build relationships with employees to reduce attrition and improve workplace satisfaction. RequirementsGraduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field). 2–4 years of HR experience, with exposure to blue-collar recruitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English essential; regional languages a plus). Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Willing to travel for recruitment drives (if required). Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software. Preferred QualitiesMale candidate, due to field visits and extended working hours. Strong networking ability with local manpower sources, training institutes, and placement agencies. Practical, approachable, and people-focused personality.
