Job Role and Responsibilities: Taking care of Prime Home Loans business all across region. Conduct BGV process as per the company policy and related vendor management Conduct corporate induction and orientation sessions for new joiners as part of the onboarding process and work with various internal teams to bring the new joiners onboard. Processing various onboarding tasks and requests, corporate medical insurance details updating, salary inputs, ID card creation. Co-ordinating email id creation, HR letter preparation. Attendance management- To track the employee leave and attendance details. Work with respective team managers to resolve any discrepancies observed. Manage employee grievances. Work with line managers and employees to help resolve issues and conflicts. Preparation of employee feedback forms and updating the same to the top management and working on employee performance improvement. Conduct regular meetings with business SPOCs to address various concerns and issues. Manage the employee resignation process & related exit formalities.
