We are looking for an experienced and dynamic City Sales Head to lead and manage our Corporate DSA vertical for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and proven experience in driving sales through DSA and channel networks. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales and business growth for HL & LAP products through Corporate DSA channels. • Identify, onboard, and manage DSA partners and ensure consistent business performance. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the city. • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity across DSAs and sales executives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with NBFCs, banks, and other financial institutions. • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. • Ensure compliance with company policies and credit guidelines. • Train and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and efficiency. Key Requirements • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 12 years of experience in HL & LAP product sales (Retail / Corporate DSA vertical). • Strong network of DSAs and channel partners in the Chennai market. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
