Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identify top talent, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• • Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.) and maintain talent pipelines.
• • Conduct initial candidate screening through phone and virtual interviews.
• • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback.
• • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate salary, and handle joining formalities.
• • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in Excel data
• • Build strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
• • Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in [industry-specific if needed].
• • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Attributes:

• • Experience in campus recruitment, bulk hiring, or lateral hiring.
• • Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
