Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt.Ltd., is into Sales Management for a leading private sector bank, and we are looking for Sales Executives -Auto Loan to be part of our management team.

Experience:

Preferred: Candidates with any sales experience (any field sales / insurance / credit cards / loans / retail sales).

Freshers with strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source car loan customers from the open market through field visits, dealer contacts, roadshows, and references.
• Meet potential customers, understand their loan requirements, and explain product features clearly.
• Collect customer documents and ensure smooth processing with credit & operations teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for car loan disbursements.
• Build and maintain relationships with automobile showrooms, DSA partners, and brokers.
• Track leads and follow up regularly to close deals.
• Maintain proper MIS and adhere to company policies.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Any sales experience is acceptable (loans/finance background is an added advantage).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to do field work and travel within the assigned area.
• Basic understanding of financial products preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits:

• Attractive salary + incentives based on performance.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance rewards.
