Working Hours: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm, Monday to Saturday
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining products/services, and closing deals. You should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential customers through field visits, online platforms, referrals, and events.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, advertisements, or inbound inquiries.
Client Meetings & Presentations:
Meet with clients to understand their interior design requirements and preferences.
Present company portfolio, design concepts, quotations, and service offerings professionally.
Consultative Selling:
Educate clients on the benefits of different design solutions, materials, space planning, and cost-effective options.
Address customer queries and guide them through the decision-making process.
Quotation & Proposal Handling:
Prepare and send detailed proposals, estimates, and layouts with the design and execution teams.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms to close the deal while ensuring profitability.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
Work closely with interior designers, project managers, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution of projects.
Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Track and report daily sales activities and conversions.
Documentation & CRM Management:
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, agreements, and payments.
Update leads and follow-ups regularly in the CRM system.
Post-Sales Support:
Stay in touch with clients during and after project execution for relationship management.
Collect feedback and resolve any concerns or service issues.
Market Intelligence:
Keep up-to-date with competitors’ offerings, design trends, and customer preferences.
Provide inputs to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
Other Responsibilities:
Attend exhibitions, networking events, or on-site promotions as needed.
Ensure professional behavior and adherence to company policies at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Preferred: MBA in Marketing or relevant field.
Experience:
Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in sales (depending on job level).
Experience in specific industries (e.g., FMCG, Real Estate, HVAC, Interiors) is an added advantage.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi and local language.
Good communication and presentation skills
Computer Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
CRM software knowledge (optional)
Required Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Active listening and persuasive speaking.
Sales Skills: Lead generation and conversion. Cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals o Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Customer Handling: Understanding customer needs. Building and maintaining relationships.
Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of market trends. Ability to promote products/services effectively.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Adaptability: Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Presentation Skills: Giving product demos and business presentations effectively.
Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
