Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Location: India (On-site / Hybrid as applicable)
Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute end-to-end marketing activities with a strong focus on digital platforms, lead generation, and sales coordination. The role involves close collaboration with external digital agencies and the internal sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate with SEO and digital marketing agencies to improve website traffic, keyword rankings, and lead quality.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and ensure ROI-driven results.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns aligned with business goals.
Lead Generation & Sales Coordination
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads are tracked, qualified, and followed up.
• Maintain lead databases and coordinate with sales to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and customer response patterns.
Brand & Marketing Collateral Management
• Ensure all marketing activities and creatives align with the brand identity and positioning of the company. • Create and manage basic marketing collaterals including: o Social media creatives o Presentations o Flyers, brochures, and internal communication material .
Coordinate branding guidelines across all platforms and campaigns. Content & Reporting
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign dashboards, and performance summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support content planning for websites, social media, and digital ads in coordination with agencies.
• Maintain documentation, campaign calendars, and marketing data records.
Required Skills & Tools
• Proficiency in: o Adobe Photoshop o MS PowerPoint o MS Excel o MS Word
• Working knowledge of: Digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) o SEO concepts and analytics o CRM or lead management systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with additional tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
Experience & Qualifications
• 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar Sales & Marketing / Digital Marketing coordination role.
• Prior experience working with digital agencies and internal sales teams is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
