About the Role

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, presentations, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure timely order processing
  • Track sales performance, maintain CRM data, and update client records
  • Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and order status
  • Assist in planning sales meetings, campaigns, and promotional activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Sales & Client coordination
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
