Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator at KASA DECOR, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing team. Your responsibilities will include managing CRM systems, generating leads, and coordinating meetings with clients like architects and interior designers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Zoho CRM to ensure data accuracy and lead tracking. - Create and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, and pivot tables for performance tracking and analysis. - Generate qualified leads through various channels for the sales and marketing teams. - Coordinate and schedule meetings with architects, interior designers, and potential clients. - Support the sales team with follow-ups, documentation, and communication. - Maintain strong internal coordination between marketing and sales departments for a smooth workflow. - Prepare periodic performance reports and assist in sales forecasting. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. - Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM is mandatory. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including dashboards, pivot tables, and data analysis. - Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
