Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Channel Management:

    • DSA Recruitment and Onboarding:

      Identify, recruit, and train new DSAs, brokers, and channel partners to expand the network.
    • Relationship Management:

      Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and other influencers to ensure a consistent flow of business.
    • DSA Engagement:

      Actively engage with DSAs to ensure continued participation, revive inactive partners, and motivate them to achieve sales targets.
  • Business Development:

    • Sales Target Achievement:

      Drive home loan sales through the DSA channel and Channel Partners
    • Market Development:

      Implement BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to generate new leads and expand market penetration.
    • Lead Generation:

      Work with the DSA network to identify and secure new clients seeking home loan solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Sales Monitoring:

      Track and monitor sales performance across the DSA network, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Feedback & Reporting:

      Provide market feedback to supervisors and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    1 year experience in home loan sales, mortgage sales, or managing sales channels.
  • Sales & Marketing Skills:

    Strong ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a sales force and conduct market outreach.

  • Relationship Building:

    Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build strong relationships with partners and clients.

  • Knowledge:

    In-depth understanding of home loan products, the loan application process, and relevant financial regulations.

  • Communication:

    Effective communication skills to guide clients, coordinate with DSAs, and provide market feedback.
