Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for SEO, Google Ads, and website design & development services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Work on assigned leads by nurturing relationships, conducting follow-ups, and providing ongoing support to guide prospects through the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored proposals to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of Tangence's services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the execution team to develop proposals for the sales effort. 
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience selling digital marketing services.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Ads platform, and website design & development processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
