Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for team and ensure achievement.

Team Management

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and showroom staff.
Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations and motivation initiatives.
Conduct regular sales meetings and report team performance to management.

Client Management & Business Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, retail clients, and corporate buyers.
Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Handle high-value negotiations and close large-scale deals.

Product & Market Knowledge

Maintain in-depth knowledge of furniture materials, design trends, ergonomics, and production techniques.
Provide product recommendations and technical specifications to clients as needed.

Showroom & Dealer Channel Oversight

Oversee showroom operations, visual merchandising, and customer service quality.
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in designated territories.

Sales Operations & Reporting

Use CRM software to track leads, pipeline, and customer interactions.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans to management.
Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.
