Position : Asst . Sales Manager

Exp : 2+ years.

Location : Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across assigned industries or geographies.
  • Generate business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their hiring needs and workforce plans.
  • Develop proposals, pitch staffing solutions, and close business deals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Maintain strong and long-term client relationships through regular interactions.
  • Ensure repeat business and manage client retention metrics.

Revenue Growth & Target Achievement

  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute account-wise growth plans.
  • Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfilment of open positions.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market insights to create new service offerings and business strategies.
  • Identify new segments or industries for business expansion.

    Proposal, Negotiation & Contract Finalisation

  • Prepare client proposals, capability decks, pricing models, and staffing presentations.
  • Negotiate contract terms, commercial margins, SLAs, and payment terms.
  • Coordinate for contract sign-off and onboarding of new clients.

    Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Create regular MIS reports for management review.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication & client handling skills
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Understanding of hiring life cycle & recruitment processes
  • Market mapping, lead generation & networking skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
