Job Description

1. Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement visual merchandising concepts and guidelines tailored to furniture retail.
Create floor plans and 3D visual layouts for new store openings, product launches, and seasonal themes.
Ensure consistent brand presentation across all stores.

2. Showroom Layout & Product Display

Optimize showroom layout based on product categories, space planning, and customer flow.
Coordinate the selection and placement of furniture, accessories, and lighting to create impactful displays.
Continuously update and refresh store displays to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and trends.

3. Team Coordination

Lead and train showroom staff or visual merchandisers on display standards and execution techniques.
Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards and provide feedback to the team.

4. Collaboration

Work closely with the buying, sales, and marketing teams to align visual displays with product availability and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for display setup and breakdown.

5. Data & Performance

Monitor and report the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies on footfall and sales.
Analyze customer behavior and adapt layouts and visuals accordingly.
