Visual Merchandising Manager

You will be joining Licious, a Bengaluru-based seafood company founded in 2015 by Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta, our founders, foodies, and friends. As India's most successful D2C food-tech brand operating in 20 cities across the country, we take pride in delighting over 32 lakh customers with our delicious fresh meat and seafood. As a Visual Merchandiser at Licious, your role will be crucial in creating visually impactful displays to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that visual concepts align with our brand guidelines. Your responsibilities will include maintaining store layouts in line with seasonal promotions and new product launches, ensuring consistency and quality across all retail touchpoints, and staying updated on current trends to enhance the visual appeal. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 10+ years of experience as a visual merchandiser, preferably in retail or the food industry. You should possess strong creative and design skills with a meticulous eye for detail. The ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects effectively, and a passion for creating innovative display designs that captivate customers are essential qualities we hope you bring to the table.
