Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandising Manager, located in Gurugram. The Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for managing in-store visual merchandising, and ensuring the store layout is in line with brand aesthetics and sales strategies. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to optimize product placement, training staff on visual merchandising principles, and monitoring store performance to make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Team Management skills
• Proficient in designing Window Displays and implementing in-store visual merchandising strategies
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Previous experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
