Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Key tasks include leading the sales team, setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, and building key customer relationships.


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, strategic planning, and customer relationship management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Knowledge of real estate market is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
