Sales Executive

Siddhivinayak Homes is seeking a proactive and client-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential buyers, understanding their property requirements, and effectively presenting our residential projects to drive sales and brand growth. This role demands excellent communication skills, a good understanding of real estate market dynamics, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
• Present and promote Siddhivinayak Homes’ residential projects via meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, project brochures, and presentations.
• Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Assist clients in the property buying process, including site visits, documentation, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement client outreach strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer support in real estate or related sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the real estate market and property buying process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working with real estate developers or property sales.
• Networking skills within the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of local property laws and documentation procedures.
