As a Field Marketing Executive at Evvolution Decor, your role is crucial in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Your primary responsibilities include: - **Client Acquisition**: Build a pipeline of potential customers through networking and market research. - **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company's product line including types, features, and benefits. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products. - **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively. - **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. - **Quotation and Proposal Development**: Prepare accurate price quotations and develop proposals that align with client needs. - **Order Processing**: Facilitate timely and accurate processing of client orders, coordinating with internal teams for delivery deadlines. - **Market Expansion**: Explore and enter new markets regionally, identifying opportunities for business growth. - **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms with clients to secure contracts, closing sales deals to achieve or exceed targets. - **Customer Feedback**: Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives. - **Trade Shows and Events**: Represent the company at industry events to showcase products and generate leads. - **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, generating reports on sales performance and forecasts. - **Collaboration with Marketing**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, providing input on campaigns and activities. In terms of qualifications, you should have a minimum education of any graduate or postgraduate degree, with technical education preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/marketing is required. Desirable behavior and technical skills include good communication skills (both written and spoken), excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and closing skills, results-driven focus on achieving sales targets, and knowledge of MS Office tools.
