Job Description

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the area assigned independently 11 Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence 12 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs 13 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 14 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status 15 Desired Personal Attributes Good Communication skill, Self-Initiative approach, Key account approach, Technical Know How. 16 Preferring Engineering degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical field, In case of being MBA will be added advantage. 17 Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets 18 Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences 19 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization 20 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 21 Strong business sense and industry expertise 22 Technologies handled in Past Waterproofing, Tiling & Building Finishing (Excluding Decorative Paints), Gypsum, Insulation 23 Targeted Industry sector Sika MBCC, Pidilite, Mapei, Asian paints (Specifically for SmartCare WP Business), Gyproc drywalls ceilings, Building Glass, MC Bauchemie, Normat, MYK Arment, Hilti (Refurbishment and Fire protections),Cement, Kerakol

Job Description:
