We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential buyers, and channel partners.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to align sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to design promotional campaigns and events.
• Recruit, train, and lead the sales team to deliver performance excellence.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
