Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong expertise in MIVAN formwork technology to oversee civil construction activities across our ongoing and upcoming projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong project management capabilities, and proven experience in high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan, and execute civil and structural works at project sites using MIVAN technology.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage material procurement planning and inventory related to MIVAN shuttering and concreting activities.
• Verify and approve subcontractor bills and material reconciliations.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and supervision to site engineers and teams.
• Liaise with government bodies and vendors for project-related approvals and coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 15–20 years of experience in real estate/construction, preferably in Mumbai-based projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with MIVAN technology (shuttering, formwork, and execution).
• In-depth knowledge of RCC works, finishing, and high-rise project execution.
• Excellent project planning, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
