Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry . Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
