The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), analyzing rates, managing billing systems, and conducting quantity surveying. The role also involves generating accurate billing reports and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate and timely billing processes. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conducting Quantity Surveying Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Rate Analysis Experience with Billing Systems and generating billing reports Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Ability to work collaboratively with project teams Relevant experience in MEP and HVAC projects is an advantage Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
