Job Description

Tender Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Prepare BOQs and determine quantities from drawings/NITs.
  • Perform detailed rate analysis using CPWD/PWD SORs and market rates.
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals.
  • Manage bid submissions on e-tender portals (CPWD, GEM, etc.).

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any other degree
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
  • Familiar with tender portals and government bidding norms.
  • Excellent in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and documentation.
