Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to independently manage and coordinate 4–5 ongoing construction sites in Mumbai. The candidate must have strong technical expertise, deep knowledge of Mumbai construction practices, local authority norms, contractors, and excellent leadership skills to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple construction sites (4–5 sites) simultaneously
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and contractors
• Monitor quality control, safety standards, and workmanship at all sites
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (BMC, MHADA, MMRDA, Fire, etc.)
• Planning and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly progress
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Manage material planning, consumption, and wastage control
• Attend client, consultant, and internal review meetings
• Prepare and review progress reports, site records, and measurements
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality benchmarks

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and high-rise construction
• Excellent understanding of Mumbai site conditions and regulations
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of construction safety norms
• Proficiency in reading drawings and BOQs
• Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred)

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience & Location Preference

• Minimum 20 years of hands-on site experience
• Must have worked extensively in Mumbai
• Experience in managing multiple sites simultaneously is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
