Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve targets
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
* Generate business through channel partners, referrals, and direct sales
* Handle high-value clients and close major deals
* Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance
* Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
* Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
*Key Skills Required:*
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
* In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial real estate
* Target-oriented with strong analytical skills
* Good understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market
