As a Sales Executive in the real estate industry, your role will involve various responsibilities to drive sales and achieve business development goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling leads by making calls and engaging with new potential clients. - Generating walk-ins by collaborating with Channel Partners to drive site visits in Goa. - Engaging with clients to address their queries, ensuring timely follow-ups and revisits. - Following up on leads and site visits promptly to facilitate quick closures. - Managing Channel Partners by identifying and activating new partners for business growth. - Participating in marketing campaigns and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. - Achieving monthly sales and collection targets to meet and exceed set goals. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. - Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Residential (Luxury) Real Estate Sales, preferably in the Goa region. In addition to the qualifications, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and traits: - Proven track record in sourcing and closing real estate deals. - Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset.,
