Senior Academic Coordinator

Role Overview

The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and administration of academic programs/courses. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day academic activities, schedules, and timetables for courses.
• Act as the primary point of contact between students, faculty, and management.
• Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress, and maintain records.
• Assist in curriculum planning, course material distribution, and exam scheduling.
• Support faculty with classroom logistics, resources, and administrative tasks.
• Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and assessments as per course requirements.
• Address student queries, provide academic guidance, and ensure effective grievance redressal.
• Prepare academic reports, MIS, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate feedback collection and work on improving course delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education/Management or relevant field.
• Prior experience in academic coordination, teaching, or administration preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
