Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ambattur, Chennai. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. You'll be the key point of contact between our clients, suppliers, and internal teams — helping drive customer satisfaction, marketing initiatives, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Support new business development and client servicing activities.
• Take ownership of lead generation and basic marketing tasks.
• Act as the single point of contact for client communications and queries.
• Manage all documentation related to customer service and operations.
• Assist the project team during implementation and execution.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory analysis and highlight non-moving stock to relevant teams for appropriate action.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook is a must).

Languages:

• Must be fluent in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
