Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Manager to join our team in an on-site capacity in Mengio. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, overseeing the sales team, and cultivating long-term client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, working closely with the marketing team, and analyzing sales data to evaluate progress and make informed decisions. Providing exceptional leadership and ensuring customer satisfaction will be core aspects of this role.

• Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Leadership and team management capabilities, with strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to track sales performance and resolve challenges effectively
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and understanding of sales processes
• Strategic thinking with a focus on developing and implementing successful sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in startups or innovation-driven industries
