About the Role:
R&D Ideal Bridge is looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Associate to onboard startups and investors to our platform. Your efforts will directly shape our growth and will be rewarded with competitive pay and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead generation & prospecting
✅ Outreach via calls, emails & social media
✅ Building strong client relationships
✅ Sales presentations & demos
✅ Achieving monthly/quarterly targets
✅ CRM pipeline management
✅ Market feedback & collaboration with marketing/product teams
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
📈 1+ year of sales/business development experience (startup/tech/finance preferred)
🏆 Proven track record of meeting sales targets
