The new product development manager for Orenda will be responsible for working closely with the Marketing Director in developing the new product strategy and products for assigned categories/growth platforms and leading the cross-functional team from conception through commercialization. Consistent with an agreed set of strategies, this individual will use the stage gate process to identify and prioritize winning concepts, and lead the marketing team to meet targets.
